Centrelink Pensions

The new rate of maximum pension payable by Centrelink is as follows:

 Standard rate per fortnight
Single $827.10
Couple (each) $623.40 ($1,246.80 combined)
Separated due to ill health Couple (each) $827.10 ($1,654.20 combined)

 

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Pensions

Age Service Pensions

The new rate of pension payment for Age Service Pension, & Partner Service Pensions are as follows:

 Standard rate per fortnight
Single $827.10
Couple (each) $623.40 ($1,246.80 combined)
Separated due to ill health Couple (each) $827.10 ($1,654.20 combined)

War Widows, TPI, EDA & General rate Disability Pensions

These payments are not means tested or taxable, & in fact should be considered to be more of a compensation than a pension, except that it is paid on a regular basis.

The payments rates are:
